Takashi Kato has over 20 years of work experience, primarily in finance and management. Takashi currently holds the position of Finance Director at Griffith Foods since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at KOBASHI HOLDINGS as the Director of Production Management from July 2021 to December 2022, and as the President's Office Manager from December 2020 to July 2021. Before joining KOBASHI HOLDINGS, Takashi worked at Canon Inc. for almost two decades in various roles, including in the management department from April 2002 to November 2020. Takashi also served as a Senior Business Controller at Canon Production Printing from November 2016 to August 2020 and as a Budget Analyst at Canon USA from January 2008 to December 2012.

Takashi Kato attended the International School of Düsseldorf until 1997. Takashi then pursued a degree in Social Science at Hitotsubashi University from 1998 to 2002.
