Olawale Ojo has extensive experience in operational and continuous improvement roles within the manufacturing and food industries. Currently serving as Senior Global Lean Director at Griffith Foods since January 2021, Olawale previously held leadership positions at Ingredion Incorporated as Director of Lean Enterprise Transformation, and at Amcor Flexibles as Operations Manager and Engineering and Continuous Improvement Manager. With a strong background in industrial engineering and continuous improvement methodologies, Olawale has effectively managed teams, developed strategic plans, and implemented lean practices to enhance operational efficiency across various organizations. Olawale holds a Master's degree in Industrial Technology and Operations from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
