Ben Kroetsch is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as the Senior NA Innovation Manager at Griffith Foods since November 2017. Previously, Ben worked as a Food Scientist and Research and Innovation Chef at Celtrade Canada Inc., where a focus was placed on creating unique fusion flavors. Earlier roles include a Project Manager at Brendain Incorporated, managing agriculture sector projects, and positions in quality assurance and culinary, ranging from Quality Assurance Manager at Organic Meadow Inc. to Cook at Jamie Kennedy Kitchens. Ben holds a BSc in Food Science from the University of Guelph and a business management certification from Harvard Business School.
