Jennifer Pierce is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Accounting Manager at Griffis/Blessing, Inc. since December 2022, Jennifer previously held the position of Real Estate Controller at The O'Neil Group Company, where responsibilities included reviewing and approving monthly financials for various properties. As the Owner of Accounting Concepts in Real Estate, LLC from March 2016 to October 2020, Jennifer prepared financials in compliance with GAAP, SOX, and FASB standards. Jennifer also served as Senior Vice President and Controller at Prime West Companies, overseeing financial accounting and reporting across multiple divisions and supervising a team of accounting professionals.
