Lisa Deats is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Griffin Fluid Management since October 2023, Lisa has previously held key HR positions, including Head of Human Resources at Shell TapUp from October 2020 to April 2023, and Human Resources Manager at both Victory Solar from October 2017 to July 2019 and DataVox from May 2004 to October 2011. Lisa began a successful career in human resources as a manager at ExxonMobil from June 1999 to June 2002. Lisa holds a degree from Texas Tech University, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
