Roland Peter is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in financial and operational leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Geschäftsführer Direktvertrieb Schweiz and a member of the executive management team at Griesser AG since December 2021, Roland is responsible for a business unit with an annual revenue exceeding 100 million CHF, overseeing over 400 employees, and leading the transformation of the organizational structure. Prior roles include Geschäftsführer and Chairman of the management board at Morf, where Roland successfully drove cultural change and expanded service offerings, and Deputy Profit Center Manager at WALO Bertschinger, focusing on financial and personnel management. Roland also has a strong background in project management, having worked on large-scale construction projects internationally. Educational qualifications include a Dipl.
