Wade Sonnier is an experienced Data Protection Engineer currently employed at Gridiron IT since October 2019, following a role as an Infrastructure Engineer focusing on Data Protection at Northrop Grumman from October 2014 to October 2019. Wade's expertise includes managing the design, installation, administration, and problem resolution of large enterprise data protection and backup systems. Prior to Northrop Grumman, Wade served as a Senior System Engineer at ECMC from March 2001 to June 2014, where responsibilities included management of Avamar/DataDomain backup systems, VMware, and EMC storage technology. Wade began their career in IT as part of the Help Desk team at St. Vincent Hospital from 1996 to 2001. Wade's educational background includes studies at Eastern New Mexico University and New Mexico State University, as well as graduation from Tucumcari High School.
