Sophie McGregor's work experience includes being the Co-Founder of Griddle since February 2019. Alongside this role, they have worked as a Freelancer in business development and strategy since September 2014, taking on various roles such as Account Support for Ocado Discovery Shop, Brand Manager at Jealous Sweets, Researcher and social media analyst at Flagship Consulting, Business Development Manager at Troffle Chocolates, and Sales roles at Vita Coco and Sibberi Birch Water.

In addition, Sophie McGregor has also worked at Guy Carpenter as part of the Property Solutions Group from January 2015 to June 2016, where they were responsible for the launch and development of the company's Marketplace System with reinsurers globally. Prior to their professional career, Sophie McGregor had various cooking contracts with Silverteal, Cindy Webster Cooks, and Sasha Harvey between 2008 and 2013, and they also participated in summer programmes at BDO LLP and Brewin Dolphin in 2011.

Sophie's earliest work experience can be traced back to their role as a Front of House staff at Global Infusions Group from July 2012 to an unspecified end date in 2013.

Sophie McGregor earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Archaeology from The University of Edinburgh, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Oundle School from 2004 to 2009, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
