Ashley Tillman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program development, design consulting, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Program Advisor at Grid110 and the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Initiative Director at the University of Colorado, Ashley has also founded Hedgehog Designs LLC, providing design services to align organizational offerings with market needs. Previous roles include Program Lead at IDEO, where Ashley collaborated on diverse global initiatives, and Education Director for the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative, focusing on business development for Latino entrepreneurs. Past experiences encompass program management at the University of Colorado at Boulder, TEDxMileHigh, and AXL Academy, along with a Policy Fellow position in the City and County of Denver. Ashley holds a degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in Business from the University of Colorado Boulder and completed The Global Leadership Program at Charles University.
