Rakel Björt Jónsdóttir has been working in the software and web development industry since 2010. Rakel Björt started as the Owner, Manager, and Photographer at Art Photos in 2010, then moved on to Advania á Íslandi in 2015 as a Web Programmer. Rakel Björt worked with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XSLT, and C#. In 2017, they became a Frontend Developer at Kolibri, and in 2022 they began working as a Software Developer at GRID - the new face of spreadsheets. Her main passion is frontend developing.

Rakel Björt Jónsdóttir obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Háskóli Íslands between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Art Photographer from Ljósmyndaskólinn/ Photography school from 2007 to 2010, with a focus on Photography.
