Charles H. has a wealth of work experience spanning over 8 years. In 2011, they worked as a Snowboarding Instructor at Sunshine Village Ski & Snowboard Resort and as a Cancer Research and Clinic at King's College Hospital London. In 2012, Charles began working at RWE npower as a Product Developer, where they worked across business functions to create and deliver innovative new products. In 2017, Charles moved to SolarWinds MSP as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for the full product lifecycle management. In 2018, Charles became Product Director at BAYES Holding, leading on the strategy, team building, development and sales of Shadow, an analytics SaaS product for professional esports teams. Finally, in 2019, Charles joined GRID esports as Chief Procurement Officer and VP of Partnerships, leading on the company's acquisition of assets and heading up the commercial group.

Charles H. has a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Glasgow in Immunology, as well as an Immunological Medicine degree from the same university. Charles also holds certifications from APMP, CASI, and npower.
