Rishi Tripathi is an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead currently working at Grid Dynamics since December 2023, where the focus is on technology consulting and digital transformation services for Fortune 1000 companies. Previously, Rishi held the same position at Capgemini, managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles and overseeing recruitment data and key metrics.
