Vivek Somashekar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the field of Human Resource Management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Executive at Greytip Software Pvt. Ltd. since July 2016, Vivek has also held the position of Senior HR Officer at Telecom Wires & Cables since July 2011. Previous experience includes an HR Executive role at Aditya Birla Group from July 2015 to July 2016. Expertise encompasses areas such as recruitment, talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, payroll management, compliance, and performance management. Vivek holds a Master of Social Work in Human Resource Management from Christ College Bangalore and has a background in Arts and Science from St Josephs College.
