Wesley Dean, CAM, currently serves as an Analyst in Client Services at Greystar since February 2024 and has been a Real Estate Analyst at Wood Partners since February 2022, specializing in sourcing and underwriting multifamily deals across various states. Prior experience includes roles as Community Manager at Greystar, Area Manager at Dasmen Residential, and Senior Property Manager at RADCO Residential, among others. Additionally, Wesley has a background in research support from a tenure as a Student Research Assistant at Georgia State University while earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the same institution, completed in 2017.
