Leadi Cole is a seasoned professional in real estate development and finance, currently serving as the Director of Development at Greystar since July 2018, with a progression from Development Associate to Sr. Development Associate. Prior to this role, Leadi Cole was an MBA Candidate at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from August 2016 to May 2018, and completed a summer associate position in real estate development at Johnson Development Associates, Inc. in 2017. Previous experience includes serving as an AVP, Senior Financial Analyst at Bank of America from December 2010 to May 2016 and participating in the Financial Leadership Development Program at PPG Industries from May 2007 to December 2010. Leadi Cole holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
