Kristin Gross, CPM, is an accomplished property management professional with extensive experience spanning over 19 years. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Wood Partners since October 2017, Kristin manages a portfolio exceeding 2,000 units in the Mid-Atlantic region and provides mentorship to newly promoted District Managers overseeing an additional 5,000 units. Prior roles include District Manager at Camden Property Trust and various positions at Kettler, culminating in Regional Property Manager. Kristin’s expertise includes successfully leading lease-ups that surpassed absorption goals, optimizing revenue using advanced analytics, and facilitating significant projects. Kristin holds a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Residential Property Management from the same institution. Additionally, Kristin contributes to the Virginia Tech Property Management Advisory Board and Camden’s National Management Action Committee.
