Dennis Skarda has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Regional Property Manager at American Landmark Apartments since June 2022. Previously, Dennis held the same title at Bell Partners Inc from May 2020 to June 2022 and served as Senior Business Manager at Alliance Residential Company from February 2019 to May 2020, overseeing operations for a community of 608 units and 153 boat slips. In earlier roles, Dennis was the Senior Director of Operations at Roseland, a Mack-Cali Company, responsible for a high-rise apartment community in Crystal City, Virginia, where unit renovations were completed while improving occupancy and customer service scores. Dennis began the career at AvalonBay Communities as Community Manager, overseeing a flagship community, and also held positions as Customer Service Supervisor and Resident Services Coordinator. Dennis holds a Bachelor’s degree in History, focusing on American History, from Western Connecticut State University.
