Carla Bremauntz is an experienced investment associate at Allied Orion Group since October 2021, where responsibilities include generating and analyzing performance data for the development portfolio. Prior experience includes serving as an associate at Greystone, underwriting and closing over 16 multifamily loans totaling more than $300 million, and assembling comprehensive underwriting investment memorandums. Carla's career also features roles such as a production analyst and internships in acquisitions, research analysis, and strategic planning across various firms. Carla was recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 Scholar in 2018 and co-founded Babson Belle during undergraduate studies at Babson College, where Carla earned a degree from 2015 to 2019.
