Austin Pendergist has extensive experience in real estate development and management with Greystar since January 2017, holding positions ranging from Leasing Professional to Development Associate. Key responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, managing community operations, and marketing properties, successfully completing the Ore 82 lease-up in under 10 months. Previous roles include External Relations Manager at the Bill of Rights Institute and various positions at Clemson University and the U.S. House of Representatives. Austin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from Clemson University and continues education at Universidad del País Vasco.
