Elyssa Pedote is an experienced talent acquisition and development professional currently serving as the Talent Director at Greycroft since January 2022, where leadership involves internal recruiting and supporting portfolio companies in building top-tier executive teams. Previously, Elyssa held the position of Manager of Talent Acquisition & Development at Generate Capital, contributing to organizational growth and employee development. As an early member of SoftBank’s Human Capital team, Elyssa supported global portfolio companies with executive talent strategy, while earlier roles at Heidrick & Struggles included driving recruitment for high-growth businesses in various sectors. Elyssa also gained experience in project management and corporate partnerships through roles at the International Neuroethics Society and Starlight Children's Foundation. Elyssa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Healthcare Markets and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania.
