Michael Pinggera is currently a Biotech Associate at Grey Wolf Therapeutics. Prior to that, they worked as an Internship - Labratory Researcher at Boehringer Ingelheim from July 2017 to August 2018. There, they worked in the cancer immunotherapy and immune modulation department where they were responsible for daily tasks in the cell culture laboratory. Some of their notable skills include Flow cytometry (FACS) using CANTO II and LSR Fortessa, ELISA, live cell analysis using IncuCyte software, EuTDA release assays, mAb binding titrations, aseptic techniques, and maintenance (feeding/splitting/thawing etc.) of cell lines.
Michael Pinggera has a Master's degree in Molecular Bioscience from Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, a Bachelor's degree with Industrial Experience in Pharmacology from The University of Manchester, and A Levels in Chemistry, Economics, and Sports Science (French As Level) from Reigate Grammar School. Michael also has certification from England Squash in Level 2 Squash Coach.
