Ali Golshan is a technology entrepreneur and security expert with extensive experience in the cybersecurity and software development sectors. As the Co-founder and CEO of Gretel.ai since February 2020, Golshan focuses on creating a synthetic data platform for developers. Prior to this role, Golshan co-founded StackRox and served as CTO, pioneering Kubernetes-native security solutions until its acquisition by Red Hat, where Golshan was a Senior Director responsible for transitioning Stackrox and founding the Advanced Cluster Security business unit. Previously, as Co-founder and CTO of Cyphort Inc, Golshan led efforts in security automation against advanced threats. Additional experience includes a role as Head of Security Engineering at PwC and serving as a Senior Analyst in the US Intelligence Community. Golshan holds a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Calgary.
