Matthew Walters currently serves as the Country General Manager at Grenergy Renovables, a position held since April 2024, where the focus is on large-scale renewable energy projects. Prior to this role, Matthew was a co-founder and member of the Investment Committee at Calibrant Energy from July 2020 to March 2024. Matthew's extensive experience in the energy sector includes serving as the Head of Distributed Energy Systems for Siemens in the Americas from October 2015 to March 2024 and holding various positions at Pace Global, A Siemens Business, from December 2008 to October 2015, including Director, Project Manager, and Senior Engineer. Earlier career experience includes working as a Senior Engineer and Risk Analyst at Futron Corporation from September 2004 to November 2008. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, a BS in Physics from The University of the South, and is currently pursuing an education at MIT Sloan School of Management. Additional credentials include a Leadership certificate from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.
