Ognjen Bjelica serves as the Quality Manager at Greiner Packaging since August 2020, overseeing customer and certification audits, internal audit planning, supplier audits, and quality management system coordination. Previous roles include Quality Supervisor and ISO Specialist at Carlsberg Srbija d.o.o., where responsibilities encompassed laboratory management, product quality assurance, audit coordination, and supplier evaluation. Early career experience included project engineering and talent management with AIESEC Serbia, alongside participation in various developmental projects related to gender equality and social issues. Ognjen holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemical Engineering from the University of Novi Sad, complemented by a high school education focused on natural sciences.
