Mikel Lykins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and quality management across multiple industries. Since May 2015, Mikel has served as the Global OpEx Director at Greif, overseeing Lean Six Sigma development and implementation across 40 facilities globally. Mikel has also held various leadership roles at Caraustar since 2000, including Director of Operational Excellence and Plant Manager, focusing on safety, quality, and process improvements. Mikel's military background as a First Sergeant in the US Army involved responsibility for the welfare and training of 75 soldiers. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Operational Excellence from The Ohio State University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from Aveta Business Institute.
