Allison Russell has a diverse work experience. Allison started their career as an Intern at AFC Industries in 2019, where they assisted in inventory management and quality control. Allison then worked as a Resident Assistant at Penn State University from 2018 to 2019, ensuring the safety and mentorship of residents. In 2020, they joined the U.S. Census Bureau as a Census Enumerator, collecting data and supporting the enumeration process. Currently, they work as a Data Analyst at Gregory Welteroth Advertising, starting in 2021.

Allison Russell attended Penn State University from 2014 to 2019, where they pursued a minor in Statistics and a degree in Mathematics with a focus on System Analysis. In addition to their formal education, Allison has obtained several certifications, including the Tableau Desktop Specialist certification from Tableau in July 2022. Allison also achieved certifications in various Tableau courses such as "Connect to and Transform Data," "Create Views and Dashboards," "Explore and Analyze Data," "Get Started with Tableau," "Publish and Manage Content," "Design Informative and Visually Appealing Dashboards," "Build Visualizations and Dashboards," and "Interact with Dashboards and Reports." Furthermore, they obtained the Alteryx Designer Advanced certification as well as certifications for Alteryx Designer Core from Alteryx in 2021.
