Shaun Maharaj has worked in the e-commerce industry since 2005. From 2005 to 2009, they were the Customer Support Manager at BigDates Solutions, where they managed customer support for websites owned by the company. In 2009, they joined Greeting Card Universe as their VP of E-commerce and Support and Web Analytics Manager. In this role, they managed e-commerce for GreetingCardUniverse.com, coordinated search engine optimization (SEO), and managed paid search advertising (SEM) via Google Adwords and Bing Ads.
Shaun Maharaj attended San Jose State University from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems.
