Michelle Hackett is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Deputy Principal at Greenwood Academies Trust since April 2023. Prior roles include Director of KS5 at Academy Transformation Trust from July 2020 to April 2023 and Assistant Principal at The Dukeries Academy from June 2008 to April 2023, where responsibilities included running the sixth form and enhancing student aspirations. Additional experience includes a tenure as Head of Sixth Form and Psychology and Health and Social Care teacher at Nottinghamshire County Council from September 2006 to April 2015, and teaching at the same council from September 2002 to June 2006. Michelle Hackett holds an MA in Education Leadership from Coventry University and several other qualifications in educational leadership and teaching.
