John Ricci is an experienced property and facility manager with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving at Greenwich Library since September 2021 in a Welcome/Help Desk role, John previously held the position of Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield from July 2013 to December 2018, overseeing Lakeview Plaza Shopping Center in Brewster, NY. Their responsibilities included managing tenant relations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, contract maintenance, and annual budgeting.
