Maayan Bar has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. They started their career at Netafim in 2002, where they served as the SVP M&A & General Counsel. During their time there, they established an in-house corporate legal department and implemented innovative solutions to increase intangible assets and decrease loss reserves. In 2008, they moved on to Metal-Tech, where they held the position of Deputy CEO & SVP Business Development until 2013.

From 2013 to 2015, Maayan Bar worked at Applied CleanTech as the SVP Sales & Business Development. In this role, they were responsible for managing the sales department, establishing a worldwide distribution network, and implementing marketing strategies. They also generated new leads, negotiated prices, and recruited a sales team.

Afterwards, they joined ISS A/S as the Chief Operating Officer from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, Maayan Bar co-founded Assif Strategies and served as the CEO until 2020.

In 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Aqwind and held the position until December 2021. This was followed by their appointment as the Chief Executive Officer of Solight from October 2021 to April 2023.

Currently, Maayan Bar serves as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at GreenSpense, starting from May 2023.

Maayan Bar has pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of London. However, the exact start and end years of this program are not provided.
