Frederick Brill is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience, currently serving as a Senior IT Business Analyst at Green Shield Canada since January 2001. In this role, Frederick collaborates with business leaders to identify and document needs during a growth phase, working closely with IT development teams to integrate documented requirements into the enterprise system. Previously, Frederick held positions as a Systems Engineer focused on enhancing drug claim benefits adjudication systems for Ontario Health and as a Systems Architecture and Product Design professional at PFW Systems Corporation. Frederick's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from Fanshawe College and experience from Delgado College and Georgia College & State University, complemented by a high school diploma from Berkmar High School.
