Raju Gupta is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager Corporate Human Resources at GREENPLY INDUSTRIES LIMITED since March 2023, Raju provides HR policy guidance, conducts meetings with business units, and manages employee relations issues. Prior to this role, Raju worked at Amazon as Manager HR Operations from October 2021 to March 2023, focusing on program management, performance reviews, and continuous improvement projects.
