Robin Sterzer has a diverse work experience that includes roles in security, compliance, technical operations, program management, and project management. Robin is currently working as the Director of Security & Compliance at Greenlight Guru since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Technical Operations at Parsable from 2021 to 2023. Robin also had a long tenure at Cisco, where they held various positions such as Operations Business Manager, Program Manager, and Project Manager, focusing on data protection, privacy, security, and trust. Robin started their career as a Special Agent at the U.S. Customs Service, where they worked for almost a decade.

Robin Sterzer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts from San Jose State University. They also obtained various certifications, such as an ISO 27001 ISMS - Certified Internal Auditor from the Global Association for Quality Management (GAQM) in 2023, a Certified Vendor Risk Management Expert, a OneTrust Vendor Risk Management Expert, a Certified GRC Solutions Expert, and a Certified Privacy Management Professional from OneTrust in 2020. Additionally, they received a Stanford Certified Program Manager certification from the Stanford Center for Professional Development in 2008, and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from ESI and George Washington University in 2007.
