Karen Richard MBA is a seasoned executive in human resources, currently serving as SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Andersen Corporation. With extensive experience in talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, Karen has significantly contributed to the strategic direction of HR at a $4.0B company with over 14,000 employees. Previously, Karen held various senior leadership roles at Sleep Number Corporation, where responsibilities included HR strategy, succession planning, and corporate communications.
