Tisha Petty-Wilson has extensive work experience in compensation and benefits management. Tisha currently holds the position of Director, People Rewards at Greenhouse Software, where they started in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Jamf as a Manager, Compensation and Equity from April 2021 to December 2022. Tisha'sresponsibilities included managing the global salary structure, conducting benchmarking analysis, and coordinating job evaluations.

From 2014 to 2020, Tisha worked at ArcBest, where they held various roles. As Manager, Compensation and Executive Benefits, they led the team in developing and implementing the compensation strategy for the entire company. Tisha was also responsible for administering executive compensation plans and analyzing market data for non-union employees. Before that, they served as Supervisor Compensation and Executive Benefits, where they developed incentive compensation plans and administered executive compensation programs.

Tisha attended Webster University from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Arkansas State University. Tisha studied at Arkansas State University from 1995 to 2000. In addition to their degrees, Tisha Petty-Wilson has also obtained additional certifications. Tisha earned the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in January 2015 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in December 2011.
