Theresa O'Donovan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Theresa began their career at FactSet Research Systems, where they worked as a Senior Consultant from 2008 to 2010 and later transitioned to the role of Enterprise Account Executive from 2010 to 2012. Theresa then joined VMware as a Senior Pricing Strategist, where they played a key role in the roll-out of new Enterprise Purchasing Programs and was responsible for brokering service level agreements, defining business procedures, and providing enablement and support for channel and field teams.

After their time at VMware, Theresa held the position of Manager, Customer Success at SailPoint from 2013 to 2015. Theresa then moved on to Nasdaq, serving as the Director of Enterprise Global Corporate Solutions from 2015 to 2017. Following this, they joined AST as the Senior Director of Enterprise Sales from 2017 to 2019.

Theresa then joined Signal AI as the Head of Sales, Americas from 2020 to 2022, where they successfully led the sales team and played a crucial role in expanding the company's presence in the Americas. Theresa also had the additional responsibility of leading the Enterprise Sales Team from 2019 to 2020.

Theresa's recent work experience includes a role as the Regional Vice President, Commercial at FullStory from 2022 to 2022, where they were responsible for driving commercial sales growth. Theresa is currently employed at Greenhouse Software as the Mid Market Sales Leader, a position they started in 2022.

Throughout their career, Theresa has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales, account management, and project management. Theresa has extensive experience in driving business growth and establishing successful partnerships with clients.
