Tobias Mugume is an experienced professional in the field of information technology, currently serving as the Head of Digital Agenda at Greenhill Academy Uganda since 2015. Prior to this role, Tobias held the position of Technical Support Specialist at Greenhill Academy and worked as a computer lab technician from September 2015 to September 2019. Tobias earned a Bachelor of Information Technology with a focus on Computer Science from Makerere University, completing the degree in May 2015.
