Rhodri Badham is an experienced professional in the food and drink sector, currently serving as the Food & Drink Brand Partner at Greene King since March 2022. In this role, Rhodri provides strategic and operational leadership for the Urban division, managing 62 sites across the South of England and Wales, while focusing on developing and training General Managers and Kitchen Managers to maintain brand standards. Prior to this, Rhodri held various managerial positions at Waitrose & Partners and Mitchells & Butlers PLC, demonstrating a strong background in operational management and team leadership. Rhodri earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of Portsmouth.
