Ella Norja is a dedicated professional with experience in venture capital, finance, and operations. Currently serving as a Venture Capital Intern at Greencode Ventures, Ella focuses on investing in digital-first green transition startups at the Seed and Series A stages across Europe. Prior experience includes being the Head of Finance at Slush, where responsibilities involved managing budgets and leading a finance team, alongside roles in Investor Operations and Speaker Operations at the same organization. Additionally, Ella has served as a Board Member for the Women’s Career Society, aimed at inspiring young women in their career paths, and held a position as a Summer Trainee at Nordea. Ella has also worked in various capacities at ELIXIA Finland and Wolt. An educational background includes pursuing a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration at Aalto University, and Environmental and Natural Resources Economics at the University of Helsinki, along with studies at Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.
