Megan Quill began their work experience in 2012 as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at the YMCA. In 2013, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Sing Explore Create until 2018. During their time there, they also worked as a Floor Aid at Competitive Edge Physical Therapy in 2015. In 2017, Megan served as a Sustainability Intern at Manomet and was a Hostess at Mulligans. Megan then worked as a Lifeguard at DCR from 2015 to 2018. Megan also worked as a Caterer at Simply Serving starting in 2015. Lastly, they have been working at Greenbacker since 2018, starting as a Legal Intern and progressing to Legal Analyst, Legal and Compliance Analyst, and currently as a Senior Analyst - Legal & Compliance.

Megan Quill completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Political Science from the University of New England between 2015 and 2019.
