Michelle N. currently serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Green-Wood, a National Historic Landmark, since October 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Chief Talent Officer at Arsenal Capital Partners from 2020 to 2023, where leadership in human capital initiatives for the fund and its portfolio companies was a primary focus. Between 2018 and 2020, Michelle served as Chief Talent Officer at United States Steel Corporation, creating and implementing enterprise talent strategies with an emphasis on transformation and mergers and acquisitions. Michelle’s experience also includes significant roles at Heidrick & Struggles as a Partner in Leadership Consulting (2010-2018), at Google as Director of People Operations (2008-2009), and at AOL, Time Warner as Vice President of Operations Effectiveness and Planning (2007-2008). Earlier roles include Director/Team Leader at Pfizer from 2001 to 2007 and Manager at McKinsey & Company from 1998 to 2001. Michelle holds an MBA in Finance and Media Management from Columbia Business School and a BS in Computer Science from Columbia University.
