Tom Fischetti is an experienced retail professional currently serving as Team Leader at Green Thumb Industries since March 2023. Previously, Tom held the position of District Team Leader at Bed Bath & Beyond from November 2020 to January 2023, where responsibilities included leading 14 stores in South Florida with over $150 million in sales volume. Tom's prior roles include Regional Vice President at Party City, managing over 200 stores in North America and Canada with a sales volume exceeding $400 million, and Regional Director of Operations at Linens N Things, overseeing 60 stores across eight states generating more than $250 million in sales. Additionally, Tom served as Regional Director of Stores at Toys"R" Us, directing field and corporate teams for more than 500 locations throughout the US and Puerto Rico. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing/Finance from Florida Atlantic University.
