Caroline Castellanos is an experienced retail professional with a comprehensive background in management across various organizations. Currently serving as District Manager at Green Thumb Industries since April 2021, Caroline has previously held key roles including Regional Assistant Director of Retail at Caesars Entertainment, Inc., overseeing operations in Nevada's major locations from October 2016 to October 2020. Prior experience includes Retail Manager at Orchard Supply Hardware and Store Manager at The Home Depot, along with significant tenure at Sears Holdings Corporation where Caroline held multiple managerial positions over two decades. Caroline holds an Associate's Degree in Merchandise Marketing from FIDM, earned between 1993 and 1995.
