Alyssa Estrada is a Program Manager at Green Thumb Industries, specializing in Social Impact and DE&I strategy development since November 2021. Prior to this role, Alyssa held several positions at Accenture, including Program Manager for Higher Education Partnership, where coordination of services for educational goals during the pandemic was a key focus. Highlights of Alyssa's tenure at Accenture include managing a multi-million dollar relationship and promoting diversity initiatives through nonprofit engagement. Alyssa co-founded NeighborFood Meals Inc. in 2020 to support Black and Latino-owned restaurants during COVID-19, successfully delivering over 1,000 meals in Chicago. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University.
