Charlie Crawford, PhD, currently serves as the Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Senior Director of Instructional Budget at Green River College since April 2022. Previously, Crawford held the position of Interim Director at the Center of Excellence for Semiconductor and Electronics Manufacturing at Clark College, focusing on business strategy development, and served as the Executive Vice President for Instruction at Edmonds Community College, where vision and leadership were provided for academic programs. Additionally, Crawford worked at Tacoma Community College as Dean for Academic Services, enhancing instructional programs, and as Manager of Library Operations and Technology, overseeing various library functions. Crawford earned a PhD in Educational Leadership from Oregon State University and holds a MLS in Library & Information Science and a BA in English from the University of Washington.
