Cho Lay Mon serves as the Interim Finance Director at Greenpark, providing financial leadership during a restructuring phase and developing a 2024 Budget model focused on growth and cost reduction. Previously, as the Finance Director at Evolve OOH, Cho led the finance function and was heavily involved in M&A transactions. Experience includes roles at Mindshare, enhancing global client contract compliance, and at Elevate Staffing, building a commercial model and pricing strategies. At GroupM, Cho held multiple roles including Associate Director of Commercial Finance, where support was provided for launching Finecast Ltd, and Financial Controller for Group M Entertainment Ltd, taking ownership of financial reporting. Education includes ACCA qualifications, a Bachelor's degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Yangon, Myanmar.
