Steven Piepgrass P.Eng, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Steven currently serves as the Vice President of Construction at Green Impact Partners Inc. and as a Director at LithiumBank Resource Corp.

Prior to these roles, Steven worked at ATCO Group where they held various positions. Steven served as the Director of Corporate Development from March 2021 to June 2021 and as the Senior Vice President of Government & Indigenous Relations from March 2020 to March 2021.

Steven's extensive experience at ATCO also includes roles at ATCO Energy Solutions. Steven served as the Senior Vice President & GM from November 2016 to March 2020, Vice President of Engineering & HSSE from March 2015 to November 2016, and Director of Operations, Engineering & HSSE from August 2012 to March 2015.

Prior to joining ATCO, Steven worked at ATCO Gas where they held various positions including Director NE Calgary, Manager Operations - Grande Prairie, General Supervisor Contract Construction, Supervisor Operations NW Calgary, and Environment EIT.

Steven began their career as an Engineer in Training (EIT) at Inuvialuit Environmental & Geotechnical.

Throughout their career, Steven has demonstrated expertise in construction, corporate development, government relations, engineering, and environmental management.

Steven Piepgrass P.Eng, MBA has a diverse educational background. Steven obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary from 1999 to 2003. Following this, they pursued further education at the Haskayne School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Global Energy from 2014 to 2015.

Additionally, Steven has also obtained several certificates to enhance their professional skills. In 2007-2008, they completed a Certificate in Project Management from Mount Royal University. In 2020, they attained a Certificate in Indigenous Canada from the University of Alberta, and, in the same year, obtained the professional certification of P.Eng from The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).

Continuing their educational endeavors, Steven completed a Certificate in Indigenous Relations from the University of Calgary in 2021. Together, these educational experiences demonstrate Steven's commitment to both technical proficiency in engineering and the broader areas of business management, global energy, project management, and Indigenous relations.
