Rob Redfield has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Rob started their career as an Engineer at McDonnell Douglas in 1986 before moving to ORINCON in 1990, where they held the role of Software Engineer and Management until 1998. In 1998, they joined Green Hills Software as Director of Business Development.

Rob Redfield completed their Bachelor of Arts in Photography at Brooks Institute from 1978 to 1981. Rob later pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at California State University, Long Beach from 1985 to 1990, focusing on Software and Control Systems.
