Rebecca Scarpino has a diverse professional background in the food and beverage industry, currently serving in multiple roles at Green Flower since February 2021, including Ganjier Enrollment Advisor, Business Solutions Manager, Operations Sales Enablement, and Operations Consultant. Previously, Rebecca held the position of General Manager at Foxtrot Market from April 2019 to April 2020 and served as Assistant General Manager for the restaurant at Ace Hotel / Atelier Ace from June 2017 to April 2019. Rebecca's experience also includes being Restaurant Manager at HopCat Chicago, Brewery Sales Representative at Tallgrass Brewing Company, and various roles at Goose Island Beer Company from April 2004 to October 2014, including Assistant General Manager and Event Coordinator. Rebecca holds an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago, which was completed between 2003 and 2006.
