Samir RACHIDI is a seasoned professional in the field of renewable energy and research, currently serving as Director General and Chief Scientific Officer at IRESEN, alongside roles as Acting General Manager and R&D Director for Thermal Systems & Power-To-X. With experience extending to various capacities including Head of R&D Department for Bioenergy, Hydrogen, and Energy Storage, RACHIDI also contributes as a Board Trustee at Green Energy Park and as an External Lecturer at multiple institutions. Prior experience includes R&D Project Manager at MASEN and Co-Founder & CEO of Pépinière de la Réussite. RACHIDI holds a PhD from Université de Poitiers and advanced degrees in Engineering and Material Science, complemented by a training course on Innovation Management at Grenoble Ecole de Management.
